    What vehicles do you offer for transfers?
    Our fleet covers 3 categories. Sedan (Mercedes E-Class, Audi A6) for 1 to 3 travellers with light luggage, ideal for business transfers. Air-conditioned van (Mercedes Vito, V-Class) for 4 to 7 people and their luggage, perfect for families. Toyota Land Cruiser 4x4 for desert tracks, the Atlas and Megdaz, driven by an experienced off-road guide-driver.
    How much does a transfer from Marrakech airport cost?
    Allow about €25 to €35 for a transfer within Marrakech or Gueliz, €75 for Essaouira, €150 for Casablanca and €280 for Merzouga (one way). All our rates are fixed and include water, tips, tolls and up to 60 minutes waiting in the arrival area. No surprise on the invoice.
    Will the driver wait if my flight is delayed?
    Yes, and it's free. We track your flight via the airline from the morning of day D. Whether you're 30 minutes or 3 hours late, the driver adjusts arrival time at the airport. You pay no supplement for your flight delay — it's included in our service commitment.
    Can I make photo stops during the journey?
    Yes, it's even recommended on long routes to the desert, Ouarzazate or Imlil. Your driver knows the best viewpoints: Tichka pass, Aït Saoun plateau, Skoura palm groves. Standard photo stops (10-15 min) cost nothing. For a lunch or longer visit, let us know 24h in advance to adjust the duration.
    How does payment work for the transfer?
    Online payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via 2Checkout or PayPal at booking, or cash to the driver for one-off transfers. A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the 30% deposit; the balance is due before the ride. Free cancellation up to 24h before departure.
