    General terms and conditions of sale and use of our services

    Welcome to Oumoudid Star Tour. By using our services, you accept these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.

    1. General Provisions

    Oumoudid Star Tour, a Moroccan company, offers organized travel services, transfers and excursions in Morocco. Any booking implies acceptance of these conditions. Our tours are designed to offer an authentic, quality experience. We reserve the right to modify itineraries in case of force majeure or for safety reasons.

    2. Booking & Confirmation

    The booking becomes effective upon receipt of the deposit (30% of the total amount) and written confirmation from us. The balance must be paid at least 14 days before departure. For bookings less than 14 days before departure, the full amount is due immediately. Any modification request must be made in writing and will be processed according to availability.

    3. Prices & Payment

    Our prices are indicated in euros and include applicable VAT. Prices include the services described in each tour description. Not included: international flights (unless otherwise stated), travel insurance, personal expenses, tips and drinks. Payments are secured by our certified banking partners.

    4. Cancellation & Refund

    Cancellation by the client: • More than 30 days before departure: full refund minus €50 administration fee • 30 to 15 days: 50% of total amount retained • 14 to 7 days: 75% of total amount retained • Less than 7 days: no refund Cancellation by Oumoudid Star Tour: in case of cancellation on our part (excluding force majeure), you will receive a full refund or free rescheduling.

    5. Liability

    Oumoudid Star Tour acts as a tour operator in accordance with Moroccan tourism law. Our liability is limited to the services described and confirmed. We cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from force majeure, traveler's fault or third parties unrelated to our services. We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance covering cancellation and repatriation.

    6. Claims & Disputes

    Any claim must be addressed in writing within 30 days after the end of the trip. In case of dispute, we favor an amicable resolution. Failing that, Moroccan courts shall have sole jurisdiction. For any claim: [email protected]
